We had the pleasure of hanging out with a very cute little puppy called Jack today. He loves to play rough and tumble so Amber had to step out of her comfort zone and join in the boisterous activity. They seemed to be having a great time though, getting twisted up in the branches of the Clematis and rolling around on the ground.
I can see this adorable Andrex puppy outgrowing Amber pretty quickly. It’s fascinating to watch them explore and learn from each other, also learning what is allowed and what is not!

I absolutely love my job. Dogs bring us so much joy and I get to meet new dogs and have new experiences every day. Windermere is a haven for our four-legged friends with stunning walks in every direction. No wonder so many people bring their dogs when they come to visit this beautiful national park. Many pubs, cafes, restaurants and accommodations are dog-friendly too. Here’s an excellent resource for that https://www.dogfriendlylakedistrict.com/ Paul Thompson kindly listed my service on his site.
That said, there is always something that comes up on a trip – maybe it’s raining outside and your dog would rather stay inside or there’s a particular restaurant that doesn’t allow dogs or maybe your dog has already had enough for one day and just wants to snooze! I can drop in and keep your little pooch company, along with Amber who follows me everywhere I go. Or you can drop your dog off with us and we’ll take care of them in our very cosy home and garden.
